A group of licensed Pelvic Floor Specialists from The Pelvic Institute will be providing gender-inclusive pelvic floor therapy services at CWHC. The Pelvic Insitute’s providers aim to empower individuals who struggle with pain or dysfunction and support clients in regaining control over their symptoms and establishing a harmonious relationship with their bodies.

The Pelvic Institute will have a clinic at CWHC is every other Saturday morning from 9pm - 12pm.

Services and Sliding Scale Rate

The Pelvic Institute is a specialty Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy clinic dedicated to helping clients restore function and reclaim confidence related to their pelvic health. They believe that the pelvic girdle, consisting of the pelvic floor, hip, and deep core muscles, plays a major role in many instances of pain, injury, and dysfunction. They believe that everyone deserves to enjoy their favorite activities without hesitation. The Pelvic Institute providers can help to address the following pelvic floor treatment areas:

  • Pelvic Girdle Pain:

    • Sacroiliac join pain, pubic symphysis pain, pelvic and perineal pain, and coccyx pain

  • Sexual Dysfunction:

    • Painful intercourse, pain with climax, and vaginismus

  • Urinary Symptoms:

    • Urinary urgency, urinary incontinence, and incomplete emptying

  • Fecal Symptoms:

    • Fecal Urgency, constipation, fecal Incontinence

  • Other pain:

    • Hip pain, low back pain, endometriosis, abdominal wall pain
