Trans Health Coordinator
We are hiring a Trans Health Coordinator! The Trans Health Coordinator position is a part of CWHC’s Clinical Services Program and directly participates in our team’s approach to health care provision. As a Health Worker the Trans Health Coordinator provides one-on-one health screenings, health education and client follow-up in gender-affirming hormone therapy and reproductive and sexual health, including facilitating access to prescriptions, test results, providing referrals to additional resources and navigating insurance issues.
The responsibilities are performed using a model of care that supports client autonomy and partners with clients in addressing their healthcare needs. Health Workers work in close collaboration with our nurse practitioner team in all aspects of clinic services. Any Health Worker position may encompass additional responsibilities in reception, general client follow-up and clinic administrative systems.

Development and Communications Internships
Join CWHC‘s Development Team by applying for a Development or Communications Internship! Summer and Academic Year placements are available for the Communications Internship. Only a Summer placement is available for the Development Internship at this time. Internships are open to students (undergraduate and graduate) and non-students. Applications for all placements will be accepted through Tuesday, March 31st 2026.
