COVID-19 Response

Visits for preventative care and time sensitive concerns are available for Gynecology, Primary Care, and Trans Health, both for established clients and new clients.

The health of our clients, staff, and communities remains CWHC's highest priority. While we are closely following the guidelines from the CDC and CDPH to reduce risk of COVID-19, there is no way to eliminate that risk now that the disease is in community transmission.

CWHC is actively monitoring staff for symptoms. Per the guidelines we're following, if a staff member becomes symptomatic or tests positive for COVID-19, anyone who may have been exposed according to guidelines will be notified directly by CWHC.

The availability of CWHC's services may change during the pandemic in response to ongoing social distancing and quarantine measures.

If you have a health concern, please give us a call at 773-935-6126 to put together a care plan, which might involve a telehealth conversation, an in-person visit, or other options to address your needs.

If you are not sure if your health care concern should wait or not, give us a call at (773) 935-6126. We are here to help! You may get CWHC’s voicemail. If so, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

We will continue to update our website and social media with any changes.
