The health of our clients, staff, and communities remains CWHC's highest priority. While we are closely following the guidelines from the CDC and CDPH to reduce risk of COVID-19, there is no way to eliminate that risk now that the disease is in community transmission.
CWHC is actively monitoring staff for symptoms. Per the guidelines we're following, if a staff member becomes symptomatic or tests positive for COVID-19, anyone who may have been exposed according to guidelines will be notified directly by CWHC.
The availability of CWHC's services may change during the pandemic in response to ongoing social distancing and quarantine measures.
Gynecology, Primary Care, and Trans Health are all currently available for time sensitive concerns, both for established clients and new clients. If you have a health concern, please give us a call at (773) 935-6126 to put together a care plan, which might involve a telehealth conversation, an in-person visit, or other options to address your needs.
Preventative visits are not being scheduled at the recommendation of the CDC and in order to reduce risk for clients who need to access our services for an urgent concern.
If you are not sure if your health care concern should wait or not, give us a call at 773-935-6126. We are here to help! You may get CWHC’s voicemail. If so, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
If you have a medical concern that arises outside of our regular hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday), you can call our partners at the Nurse Advice Line: 877-229-6013. Please know the Nurse Advice Line is not able to schedule appointments for CWHC or to handle refill requests – for these, please call during our regular hours.
