Visits for preventative care and time sensitive concerns are available for Gynecology, Primary Care, and Trans Health, both for established clients and new clients.
The health of our clients, staff, and communities remains CWHC's highest priority. While we are closely following the guidelines from the CDC and CDPH to reduce risk of COVID-19, there is no way to eliminate that risk now that the disease is in community transmission.
While we are excited and eager to again be practicing our whole scope of care, that doesn't mean everything is back to normal. In-person visits at CWHC will look a little different. For example, there is a table outside our waiting room for clients to grab a mask if they need one and to use hand sanitizer before they enter. The fabric furniture and non-essential items have been removed so we can clean more effectively. Don't worry, though, our affirming approach to care hasn't changed at all!
CWHC is actively monitoring staff for symptoms. Per the guidelines we're following, if a staff member becomes symptomatic or tests positive for COVID-19, anyone who may have been exposed according to guidelines will be notified directly by CWHC.
The availability of CWHC's services may change during the pandemic in response to ongoing social distancing and quarantine measures.
