CWHC is open, with limited services available.
We are scheduling in-person visits for time sensitive concerns for established clients. When you call, we will work with you to determine if a telehealth or other plan is appropriate in place of an in-person visit.
We are currently scheduling visits for new clients for appointments after April 7th, although this may be subject to change.
We are taking these steps at the recommendation of the CDC and in order to reduce risk for clients who need to access our services for an urgent concern.
In general, CWHC is following Chicago Department of Public Health’s guidelines (available here) for responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

If you have a medical concern that arises outside of our regular hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday), you can call our partners at the Nurse Advice Line: 877-229-6013. Please know the Nurse Advice Line is not able to schedule appointments for CWHC or to handle refill requests – for these, please call during our regular hours.
