Learn Acupressure and Alleviate Stress!

Posted on June 19

In this workshop, participants will learn acupressure points that help alleviate stress, calm anxiety, prevent fatigue, combat burnout and balance body disturbances brought on by our busy lifestyles. We'll also look at the common causes of these imbalances and we can support each other to be stronger and healthier as a community!

This workshop is offered on a sliding scale cost of $40 sliding down to $10. However, no one will be turned away based on ability to pay. Come!
