CWHC Announces Our New Director!
Posted on July 9
CWHC is thrilled to announce our new Director, Jess Kane!
Jess joined Chicago Women’s Health Center (CWHC) in 2001 as a Health Educator, and brings to this position an in-depth knowledge of CWHC on every level. Over the last 11 years, she has served as a Program Coordinator, a Steering Committee member, and most recently, as Clinical Services Director. She has led CWHC in agency initiatives such as the Trans Greater Access Project and the Latina Health Initiative, reaching out to under-served communities in need of compassionate health care. She has the demonstrated ability to not only envision change but also collaboratively create this change, leading us forward with a clear and unwavering commitment to our mission.
As you know, Chicago Women’s Health Center is at a unique and exciting time in its history. We are on the brink of moving locations for the first time in over 30 years. We approach this transition with excitement and confidence. As the Clinical Services Director, Jess has been a core member of our leadership team, overseeing the largest program areas, providing support on the development and oversight of programs and the organizational budget, and successfully leading us through periods of growth and transition. As a key member of our relocation team, Jess will continue to see us through to our new home and beyond.
As we celebrate Ali’s 6 years of service, we look forward to this next era in CWHC history and to your ongoing support as we move into this next chapter. Together, we will continue to provide health care the way it should be – compassionate, collaborative, and comprehensive. Thank you for joining us in making this possible.
