Massage

Massage is a wonderful way to enhance and address many aspects of individual health. Among it’s known and accepted health benefits are; decreased anxiety, deep relaxation,  healthier sleep patterns, increased circulation, decreased muscle pain and tension, increased flexibility, and increased immune function. CWHC offers appointments with our licensed massage therapists on a regular basis. Hour-long massages are offered on a sliding scale of $40-$80.

It is always appropriate to ask your therapist to focus on some areas and not others, or to spend more time in one area over another.  You are  encouraged to ask questions of your therapist and to communicate with them about comfort, preferences or sensations.  Your therapist will check in with you about what you are feeling and your what your needs are. Your body, except for the area the massage therapist is working on, will be properly draped by a sheet at all times. You may undress to your level of comfort.
