COVID-19 Response

CWHC is open and all services are available.

In general, CWHC is following Chicago Department of Public Health’s guidelines (available here) for responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

For established clients

If you are an established primary care client and are experiencing a new respiratory illness, please call to speak with a provider prior to scheduling your appointment.

For new clients

If you are new client who wants to establish care due to symptoms of respiratory illness, one of our providers will first speak with you about next steps, which may include an appointment.
