For how long have you been volunteering at CWHC?
I'm coming up on my 1 year anniversary at CWHC in May!

What do you spend your time doing outside of CWHC? Working on my Master's degree in Library and Information Science, volunteering at Mujeres Latinas en Accion and The Old Town School of Folk Music, reading great fiction (I'm in ♥ with Sherman Alexie), checking out vegan restaurants and contemplating getting in the kitchen myself (though the thought quickly leaves my mind :)).

What is your favorite project that you've worked on here?
I enjoy inputting the qualitative data from the surveys filled by elementary and high school students. I enjoy reading what they've learned and how much they appreciate this information.

What is your spirit animal?
The owl. Loner, serious demeanor, but can be lethal. In some cultures the owl symbolizes wisdom. In Native Mesoamerican cultures, however, it represents death and destruction.

What three words would you use to describe CWHC?
Justice, Empowering, Equality
