Tekki Lomnicki will be performing her amazing "Clothing Optional" piece!! Tekki who has performed at Access Living in the past will be coming back for IWD 2014. Tekki is a solo performer, playwright, director and educator. She has devoted her craft to finding ways to incorporate her abilities and those of others to perform compelling stories.
We will also have a few awesome performances from local artists!
At the IWD event attendees will create a statement about their body by writing with words and/or drawings—on fabric strips. During the break, people can go up to the center piece and tie/connect their strip to other participants’. At the end, this will be a collective art piece!
